3VR is a software startup of about 50 people located in the SOMA/South Beach area of San Francisco, across the street from SBC Park and from the CalTrain station. We make digital video surveillance products for the physical security industry. We were recently named one of the 100 most innovative and successful technology companies by Red Herring magazine (www.redherring.com) – we were one of only a few companies with a full page profile in their 5/29/06 issue. We’ve also won the “Best New Product of the Year” award at the Security Industry’s biggest trade show (ISC West) in Las Vegas for each of the last two years.

We are a very fun group of bright, energetic technology people, we’ve recently raised a substantial round of funding from the leading Silicon Valley Venture Capital firm (Kleiner Perkins (KPCB)) our sales are healthy and increasing every quarter, and we will be growing substantially throughout 2006. Salary is $90-110K depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits, and plus equity (still offering very substantial stock options). We really value intelligence, flexibility, initiative, commitment, responsibility, and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Experience developing Windows desktop applications preferably in C#/WinForms
• Solid fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, and software design)
