3VR RELEASES NEXT VERSION OF 3VR PLATFORM AND OPCENTER SOFTWARE

San Francisco, California - April 1, 2005 -3VR Security, Inc., developers of the world's first intelligent video management system, today publicly announced the release of the second incarnation of its 3VR platform and OpCenter software. The new release builds on prior innovations offered by 3VR and includes support for higher-resolution, more accurate people tracking and identification, remote access over low-bandwidth connections, and an updated monitoring and search interface.
Version 2.0 Features Include:
- Enhanced Performance - Perform integrated analysis and management at twice the rate previously possible.
- Higher Resolution - Use full 30fps interlaced D1 imaging across all camera channels simultaneously.
- More Accurate Analytics - Find people, identify faces, and perform similarity searches with by far the most accuracy ever seen in a surveillance context.
- Remote Access (WAN) - Monitor, search, and manage multiple 3VR systems over a remote network connection.
- Alarm & Relay Integration - Integrate alarms and other relay devices.
- Digital Multiplexer - Monitor an integrated multiplexed video display of 1,2,4,9, or 16 live video feeds simultaneously.
- Upgraded Interface - Use next generation monitoring and traffic visualization interfaces to monitor large camera network activity in real-time single-handedly.
- Alert Procedures and Event Notes - Automatically direct security responses with integrated Alert Procedures and comment on events as they happen with new Notes features.
