A proven strategist and business advisor, Ms. Martin a seasoned executive strategist and business advisor with a successful track record of building businesses, driving profitable growth, leading innovation and helping companies on their most significant strategic and operating decisions. She brings unique expertise in strategy development, omni-channel retail, e-commerce/digital expansion, retail, marketing and innovation. She has worked with companies such as Google, Rocksbox, Onor, Indoor Atlas and Booz Allen Hamilton. Ms. Martin received her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Ms. Hopelain has a track record of helping to build and grow successful businesses and startups. With a solid background in corporate and brand strategy from a combined 12 years at The Boston Consulting Group and Prophet Brand Strategy, she has served on the Advisory Boards of start-ups that provide innovative tools to improve the online customer experience and/or drive in-store sales. In addition to consulting to retail and other clients, she has held leadership roles in multi-channel retailers, Patagonia and Illuminations. Today, Ms Hopelain leads boutique brand consultancy, Pure Gravy LLC and Brand Amplitude LLC, a custom qualitative and quantitative insights firm. She is also on the Marketing faculty at the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and serves as the undergraduate faculty advisor for Marketing.
With over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, Ms. Carr is currently the SVP Global Business Development for Caleres, Inc. Previously, she has held executive leadership roles at Nine West Group (fka The Jones Group), Safeway, Gap Inc., Coach, and Ghurka. Ms. Carr holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University - S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management.
