Al Shipp

Chief Executive Officer

A seasoned technology veteran, Al joined 3VR from Apple, where he built a world-class sales and marketing group and led the Enterprise Division to be one of Apple's most profitable business units. Prior to Apple, Shipp served in senior leadership roles at Critical Path, Inktomi Corporation, BEA Systems, and IBM.


Joe Boissy

Chief Marketing Officer

Most recently Joe was running IBM’s WebSphere Go to Market Strategy and Industry / Solution Marketing. Before IBM, Joe was the VP of Marketing for ILOG where he took the Company on a double digit growth path that lead to the acquisition by IBM. Prior to ILOG, Joe ran Product Marketing and Product Management at SunGard Trading and Risk and at Infinity Financial Technology. Joe brings over 20 years of experience in Marketing with a strong technology background and hands on experience in solution selling, taking products to Market in the Financial Services industry and in many other industries.


Jim Underwood

Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Jim Underwood brings 24 years of direct sales and sales management experience to 3VR, with a proven record of consultative sales and building top performing sales teams. Prior to 3VR, Jim held senior sales management positions at Sun Microsystems(now Oracle), Sygate Technologies (now Symantec), Critical Path, and Integrated Business Solutions.


Masayuki Karahashi

Senior Vice President, Engineering

With a luminous career spanning more than 17 years in enterprise software development, Masa comes to 3VR equipped with a wealth of experience driving technology innovations in Fortune 500 organizations. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Core Technology for Siebel CRM at Oracle, with a proven track record of success in delivering enterprise products as both "on-premise" license software as well as software as a service (SaaS). Prior to Oracle, Masa held senior product development roles at Siebel Systems, Promptu and Informix. A San Francisco native, Masa holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.


Jim "Gator" Hudson

Vice President, CrimeDex Services

Nicknamed “Gator” by his first police chief, Jim is a decorated 23-year law enforcement veteran and nationally recognized white-collar crime expert. Seeking to improve the collaboration between law enforcement, financial and retail sectors, Jim Hudson co-founded the Amcrin Corporation in 2000 to create the CrimeDex network. Jim is a member of numerous crime and fraud investigation associations.
