Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned technology veteran, Al joined 3VR from Apple, where he built a world-class sales and marketing group and led the Enterprise Division to be one of Apple's most profitable business units. Prior to Apple, Al served in senior leadership roles at Critical Path, Inktomi Corporation, BEA Systems, and IBM.
Chief Financial Officer
As a partner with international accounting and consulting firm, Arthur Andersen, Skip provided business advice and counsel to the CEO and Board of Directors. At Arthur Andersen, he also managed large, national multi-location financial teams, and built and directed new finance units and management processes. Skip later moved into private industry in the San Francisco Bay Area. He successfully raised venture capital, and built and managed the infrastructure and operating processes of a venture-backed operation. Most recently, he was the owner and operator of a standalone emerging Bay Area business where he managed financial, operations, bank lines of credit, compliance, insurance and surety bonding.
Senior Vice President, Engineering
With a luminous career spanning more than 20 years in enterprise software development, Masa comes to 3VR equipped with a wealth of experience driving technology innovations in Fortune 500 organizations. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Core Technology for Siebel CRM at Oracle, with a proven track record of success in delivering enterprise products as both "on-premise" license software as well as software as a service (SaaS). Prior to Oracle, Masa held senior product development roles at Siebel Systems, Promptu and Informix. A San Francisco native, Masa holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Senior Vice President, Sales
With over 40 years’ experience, Andrew is known for being a leader in the security industry and for his unique perspective on the evolving markets. He comes to 3VR with a very impressive resume, having made his mark on such companies as Panasonic, ADT/Tyco, Pelco and Best Security Acquisitions. He has held many roles within multiple industry disciplines – practitioner, integrator and manufacturer – with his most recent role being VP of O.E.M. Initiatives at Pivot3. He has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Dana College.
