3VR Training

3VR provides world class training to make our 3VR Channel Partners and end users successful. 3VR training solutions courses cover the installation and configuration of 3VR’s platform as well as implementation, product troubleshooting, investigating techniques using 3VR, and other ways to maximize the 3VR system.

We offer regularly scheduled technical training dates at our San Francisco headquarters, and dedicated onsite training can be arranged. To schedule or sign up for a training course, fill out the registration form below.

System Integrator Training

3VR Technical Certification Training (2 days) This class covers all aspects of installation, using the system, and product troubleshooting. To resell or install a 3VR video management system (SmartRecorder) your company must have a minimum of two technicians who have successfully completed 3VR Technical Certification, a required two day course. 3VR Sales Professionals Training (1 day)

The class covers all aspects of selling a 3VR system, including detailed discussions on intelligent video applications and use-case studies for different vertical markets. You will also be trained on our Real-Time Demonstration Drive to present demonstrations to your customers. This training can also be delivered remotely and be modified in duration to meet the demanding schedules of field based sales persons.

End User Training (Security, Investigators, Loss Prevention, and Law Enforcement Professionals)

Maximizing the 3VR System (1 day)
This class covers all aspects of using the 3VR system to maximize your investigation time with special attention to optimizing searching using the patented 3VR video search engine, leveraging video analytics to understand video, and case management. The class also includes one-on-one customization for your business requirements. Recommended for all installers and users.

Basics of CCTV (1 day)

This 3VR training class covers the basics of Analog, IP, and Megapixel video systems. The course includes troubleshoot¬ing a system, CCTV theory and installation best practices.

Basics of Networking (1 day)

This 3VR training class covers the basic concepts and terms of IP networks in designing IP networks for video surveillance.
